While we have only had our new range for less than a month, it has already exceeded our expectations. I've had the opportunity to deal with Whirlpool's customer service, who provided me with quick solution to our problem(we received the wrong burner caps). Replacing them free of charge. Oven burns a little hotter than our previous appliance(practice makes perfect). We love the look of our new range, looks great for our first appliance purchase in our upcoming kitchen remodel. I have owned this range for several months. Self cleaning oven kinda works. I need to verify cooking temperature. I do most of my baking in my Breville toaster Oven. Paying extra for the center burner on this range was a waist of money. I tried to use a cast iron griddle and it was not a success. Using other burners and a griddle was too tight. I spots on the stainless and RE black control panel is difficult to use. Push really hard. Arthritis is not a friend. It's pretty but needs to have
