Pretty straight forward and easy to use. Love the 10x zoon. It's my 3rd Sony. Walmart had the best price. Delivery was quick. Would recommend the camera and also Walmart.
We're happy with the vibrant colors and clear images of the photographs we've taken with this camera. The 10x zoom is very good. Mostly, we bought this camera for the 16.1 megapixels, ease of use, and small size of the camera, making it easy to carry around. We've always trusted the Sony name. The battery provided was easy to charge with the battery charger which was included in the box. The memory card was purchased separately. We haven't tried the video mode yet. We ordered the camera online and within a few hours it was ready for pick-up at the nearest Wal-Mart store.
I bought this camera for the 16 mp and the 10x zoom, but the Sony name was a plus. My wife wanted a camera that we can take great pictures with and blow them up to poster size without them being grainy, this camera has done that task.
Great camera, I have had a Sony for about 6 years previous to the purchase of this camera and have always loved the picture quality. This camera had a great auto scene detect setting and it works great. The zoom is awesome, i got great close-up looking pictures from around 100 yards away while at a concert at night.
The camera pictures are very good quality, wont say this is cheap price but definitely worth the money. The features are wide varied and i like the intelligent smile capture feature. I do not see any negative roles.
I researched all the point and shoot cameras, looking for one with a high zoom. I love the Sony DSC H70 camera. It takes awesome pictures and is so easy to use. I especially like the 10x zoom feature which makes it seem as though you're right up close to the subject! I put it to the test when sitting about 10 rows up in the stands at my grandson's football game. The pictures are crisp, clear and look as though I was right down on the field with the team!
We used to owe a cyber shot before, so we wanted to go with Sony again. We purchased this camera almost a month ago, and have been enjoying it very much. The intelligent mode is always an excellent choice. Movie quality is great, and panorama mode is wonderful. We are very please with this purchase.
Powers-up and is ready to take pictures fast. Good optical zoom lens. Takes great point & shoot pictures. Video clips look so-so. Will not work with non Sony generic batteries unlike earlier Sony Cybershot cameras. The owner's manual does not have near enough detail. I had to dig down through layers of undocumented software settings in the camera to find out why I had no sound when playing back video clips.
for the price this camera is a great deal. I love the zoom and the different setting options. This is a great camera for beginners and amateurs. I've been able to take wonderful movies and pictures and make quality home videos uploaded to youtube. If you are looking for something that is more professional then this isn't the camera for you.
Clear and bright (still) pictures even in the dark. Blurring if the object moves in the low light condition. Color is very true to the captured scenes. Camera has many good functions. However, a few missing functions that are nice to have such as can not set print date on the pics directly but need to use the enclosed SW to print dates on the pics to your home photo printer only. Also the camera didn't have the auto turn off func so it stays on if you forget to shut down.
