[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ink is vibrant and permanent! Yes, it takes time to dry, but you have to plan that accordingly. I have used it with watercolor paint and the ink did not smudge or come off!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made a Mothers Day card with my 22 month old granddaughter. It was easy to use and cleaned up great.
This is the time of the year when I start stocking up supplies to start making my Christmas cards. These ink pads are great and the lids fit snug enough to keep your ink pads from drying out.
I used this product to do my DIY wedding invitations. I bought it in white and used it on Kraft card stock paper. I'm really please with the result. The ink dried fast and there seems to me more ink than I expected!
I am a farmer and grow avocados! We also have chickens and I recently ordered a custom stamp on Etsy for my chicken egg cartons. I needed a black stamp for the custom cartons. It's great because it goes to the edge and adheres easily.
Used these ink pads for a diy wedding project. They worked perfectly for what I needed and the colors were rich. There appears to be a ton of ink in the pad, far more than I ended up needing. Please note that this product is slow drying so you do have to be careful to not smudge them while drying - I just left my project to dry overnight and I had no issues.
At first I thought this was going to be better than the random white ink I picked up at some random non craft store, but this ink is not as highly pigmented as it seems, doesn't show up on dark colors except black very well and also seems to wash off of watercolor or anything is painted on top. I like inks that can be layered! This doesn't seem to be one of them.
I usually LOVE the ColorBox pigment ink pads. However, I was VERY disappointed in the Frost White. Many reasons. One - not as opaque as it should have been - spotty opacity and color. Two - the pad was very saturated and sticky, ink oozed everywhere with the slightest pressure. Three - took HOURS to dry - many, many hours longer than all the other colors I've ever used. I will not be using it for my projects, it will be thrown away. Completely useless. I have had great success with the black, gold and other colors. I will continue to use ColorBox, but the Frost White is garbage.
This is the worst stamping ink. I stamped some envelopes and 24 hrs later in was still smearing. I tried in on several other types of paper just to make sure that was not the issue, I got the same result.
Although the ink is vibrant it smears even after it is dry. It made a mess in my travelers notebook a full 12+hours after I let it dry with the pages open.
