I have been with the samsung family for a few years now and they have never disappointed me. S8+ Battery life Excellent!! Started fully charged 100%. 9am. I did a test on my own to see if the reviews were true and they had surpassed them. Full day and night of usage- you tube videos , spotify music playlists, phone calls, texts, whatsapp , google drive upload and downloads, media file transfers, samsung health and many more. Did not charge over night and when I got up it was 13% . Smiles all around.
Went from a Samsung galaxy 3 to a Samsung galaxy s8 plus. No comparison. Excellent sound. Sleek design. Great phone!!
The Samsung Galaxy S8Plus is a excellent phone.This phone does it all and beautiful photos.Just don't order the bundle you want get the whole bundle.I never received my $45.00 card emailed to me.They say it was but I didn't receive it....But the phone is great☺
This 2018 piece of technology is way a head of the future and that's the secret for samsung .it quietly makes devices ahead of the future that's why I quietly choose samsung over iphone. Period
I had some difficulty transferring my phone number, but once that was accomplished I have had no issues with the phone. I find no difference in the coverage in central South Carolina between Straight Talk and Verizon. I also switched from an iPhone 6 to the Galaxy S8+ and find the Galaxy to be superior for "work" functions such as dictation, email, messaging, internet, using Microsoft Office apps, etc. The sound quality of phone calls are certainly better. All of my content (book marks, photos, songs, contacts, etc.) was transferred effortlessly with Smart Switch, I just had to connect the phones with a cord. In fact, it took longer to come up with an acceptable "nickname" for this review than it did to transfer my content. I will definitely consider another Galaxy whenever I need a new phone.
Bought this for my husband for his birthday. He loves it. Loves the larger screen which is a plus for him. Highly recommend.
Fast, reliable, thin, lightweight, the s8+ is amazing.
Recently I went Kayaking and my S8+ fell in the water. The water was pretty deep but you could reach the bottom with a bit of a struggle. Anyway, I looked for my phone and couldn't find it, so I continued with the trip all sad and stuff. On the way back, 2 hours later, I tried looking for it one last time and actually found it! But the most amazing part was that my phone was working like nothing every happened. This is probably the best experience I've ever had with any phone, especially one actually does what it says it can do. Awesome job Samsung and everyone that made this phone. For those who are wondering, I have had this phone for almost a year now, I've dropped it multiple times with a case and without one (and it still survived after kayak accident). The phone hasn't crashed on me, screen hasn't cracked, but the only thing I have noticed was just the battery performance has reduced. But that makes sense considering age and use. The battery can still last me around the hole day with normal use.
Nice ,sleek, very bright nice display. You will drop it. Get a case its very slick. NO infrared blaster!!!! Minus one star!!!...What is an I Phone???...Samusung killed it with everything.Easy maintenance and performance enhancing settings. Glad I lost my s6.
The phone is excellent. The Samsung charger that is sent with the phone is terrible. It lasted 3 days for me before I had to go out and buy a decent charger. It's sad that Samsung puts out such a fine phone and then packages it with a low quality charger.
