[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I redid my kitchen after over 30 years of looking at the same appliances (except microwaves). I chose this stove and I'm still learning it. So far I like all of the features except that the surface stays hot for a long time after it has been turned off. I am accustomed to cleaning my stove when I finish cooking. So far that is the only thing that's not A+ with me.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought for my kitchen remodel. Looks great with my other appliances. I like that the non-burner surface has a matte finish.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my purchase. Works great and Looks great too.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with product at this point would recomment to a friend, very easy installing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works and looks beautifully! Easy to install, wire and setup with zero issues. Surface and finish make this a durable cooktop that is easy to use and produces significant heating for variety of pans and dishes. Great Product!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My ceramic cooktop was delivered about a month ago and it definitively meets all of my expectations! My previous Whirlpool ceramic cooktop finally wore out after 25 yrs. I'm looking forward to another 25 yrs with this one!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this product for 1 week but have used it many times and it looks great and performs exactly as stated by the manufacturer Whirlpool. It boils water very quickly, cleans up easily, and is very simple to operate.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop gets hot fast and the burners stay warm for quite a while after turning the stove off so beware. It is aesthetically nice, but gets dirty very easy and somewhat difficult to clean.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this as it was the closest in size and design we could find to our 30 year old Amana cooktop. Have used for nine days and so far, no problems. Unlike the old cooktop, this new one does not have a “quick boil” (high-output) burner. Nonetheless, the burners all seem to heat up in about the same amount of time as our old ones did (reasonable amount of time). We like that the control knobs have sturdy rubber gaskets between the bottom of the knob and the top of the glass; this will help to deter gunk from getting inside the cooktop. Glass surface is very shiny and readily shows dust, fingerprints, oils and streaks, even after cleaning, but so far, does not seem any more susceptible to scratching than our old one did. The old cooktop hid smudges much better! Unless the burner is on and red, on the new cooktop, it's actually a little hard to see the “circle” where the pot goes. Also, there is a “hot surface” indicator light, but unlike the older cooktop, it does not indicate which burner is still hot - only that the cooktop is hot somewhere on the surface. Many people have commented that the “pointer” indentations on the knobs are difficult to see. Two coats of a little white craft paint applied with a toothpick took care of that issue. Have included two photos of new cooktop and one of old, for comparison. We were very happy with our previous cooktop and can only hope this new Whirlpool cooktop performs as reliably and for as long as its predecessor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a similar Whirlpool cooktop with this one about three eeeks ago. My wife and I like the flexibility of a dual elemt burner. This cooktop has better control than the old one. Overall we like it. Our only complaint is poorly marked controls. The knobs are all black. Making it hard to see if they are off or halfway. The legends on the glass are subdued too. Better visibility would be helpful.
