I want to let you know that I have been buying Lucky Brand clothing for many years and have always been satisfied up until now. I purchased the Venice Burnout v-neck t-shirts a few months back, and every time I washed them and dryed them, the material got thinner and thinner--to the point where I can no longer wear them. If, for example I washed the blue one I had, the entire lint trap in my clothes dryer was full of blue lint. And the same thing happened with the other two. I did follow the washing and drying instructions. The shirts are all too thin to wear, as my skin is visible through the shirts. I am very disappointed in the quality of these shirts. And now, nearly all of your t-shirts (except the graphic prints) are made of this inferior material. The styles are great, and I would easily pay a few more dollars for the same shirt in 100% cotton. So now, I will not able to buy anymore short-sleeve t-shirts from your stores. I am very disappointed.
The shirt is nice after washing, BUT and a BIG BUT, IT IS NOT WORTH IT as the dye on the shirt ruined my laundry dryer!! The dye literally turned into powder and got everywhere in my dryer. Also, I wore it without washing first (DID NOT SEE ANY WARNINGS) and my whole torso, underarms and upper arms turned blue! That is ridiculous!! Also, the inside of my dryer was much worse than it shows because when I pulled out the clothing, the dust flew everywhere
While extremely comfortable, these T-shirts do not hold up past the third wash. They stretch and fade. Worst garment I have purchased from LuckyBrand [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
