These truly are my favorite jeans. I prefer the relax fit because they are more comfortable and loose in just the right areas. I have purchased these a year ago and have held up really well. The price is a bargain when you compare them to other Jean manufacturers. I highly recommend purchasing these jeans.
I am a sturdy woman with a 'sophisticated' build. :) Women's pants are usually too small in the waist and too wide in the hip for the length I need. I've tried plus sizes, regular and tallls but found that buying men's pants are the way to go for women that don't have the fashion designers' conception of a woman's shape. Height: 5'8 Weight ~ 200 lbs. I'm wearing a 38x32 in Washed Sand.
So I'm what they call a frugal shopper. I look for quality within my price range. These jeans fit that bill. Reasonably priced with out sacrificing quality. Don't waste your hard earned money on jeans costing twice as much. I had the other ones just like these for years. I felt it was time to get new ones. I love the extra fit in the thigh area. They are double stitched to give you years of comfortable wear. I get the 32x32 and they always fit me just right. I weigh 170 and I am 6'1” tall.
Size, fit and quality are as expected and delivery was quick. Jeans are loose in the leg and appropriately snug in the waist. I can wear them without a belt and not have them falling down. Model numbers 97601VR (Vintage Rinse) and 97601SB (Stone Bleach) are shown in the photos.
I love how non-restrictive these jeans are, and the extra mini-pocket behind the leg pockets is excellent--my work id badge fits in there perfectly; no more worrying that the feeble alligator clip will fail while I'm walking around, and I have to comb the entire office to find it again... NOTE: the jean material is thinner than your average jeans...not putting this in the cons, because it's only a nuisance in the winter (have to wear some thermal leggings under it when it's freezing out); I'm certain in the summer this is going to be most appreciated... Cons: They only come in one color! I mean, come on, at LEAST offer it in black as well...but it'd be excellent if there were plenty of options (perhaps navy blue, and stonewashed?) so it doesn't look like I'm wearing the same pair of jeans all the time...
Color is nice, and they are comfortable! Don't like the amount of lint that collects on them, and how they have white smudges all over when you put them on or put stuff in the pockets. It's as if the material itself creates the spots when it's stretched or maneuvered. Like I was kneeling on the ground type of white stain spots. Happens around the pockets as well.
Very thin material. They feel comfortable, but for a relaxed fit there is no flex. These jeans did not last 6 hours before splitting out in two places, and they didn't fit tight. I didn't know that we had disposable jeans even available. Not the quality I have come to expect from Wrangler.
I purchased 7 pairs of Wrangler Jeans to replace some older wrangler jeans that where getting a little rough at the bottom edges. Thank goodness I kept the older pairs. I let these sit for awhile before I started wearing them. I finally started wearing some of them in December. Within three washes belt loops started coming off. I thought well I can live with that. Within five wash cycles I had two pairs start coming apart where the back pocket is sewn on. I'm not overweight, so that's not the problem. Heck, I could pull the jeans off if I wanted to without unzipping them. I guess I'm going to have to go back to wearing my old Wranglers that are apparently made with better quality denim than the new ones. I might switch back to Levis for that matter. I'm going to contact Walmart tomorrow to see if they can do anything about the poor quality of these jeans and I'll update this review then.
I ordered stone bleach color wranglers and the jeans I received were very dark blue. I also received 33x30 jeans instead of 34x30. This is the first and last time I order jeans online.
Have always bought this in-store, so instead I bought 2 pairs of jeans online and you can see where the tag was around the waist inside and another tag was sewed in on the pocket. They were supposed to be size 34 waist, but are actually size 33. Already took the tags and washed them, Not sure if I can return them yet. Very Disappointed!!
