I have had this oven installed about a month and absolutely love it! The extra burner pan inside is wonderful for grilling indoors on those rainy days, and the ceramic cooking sheet is wonderful to use with the extra heat source, to crisp up things like pizza and roasted potatoes or heating bread and cookies--applies the heat right where it is needed! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Smart Oven+30 was installed a little over a week ago. I haven't had the opportunity to test out the Steam Function or the Baking Stone, those are part of the system but they don't pack them with the Oven's they send those separately from KitchenAid once you register the Ovens. I can't wait to get them I cooked a steak with the Smart Grill, so easy, the steak was perfect!!! The cooking instructions that are included for some of the basics for the Oven are great. I signed up for Yum which with this Oven is an incredible app, I highly recommend it. It give you the recipes, prepares a grocery list for you and you can adjust the items you already have in your pantry. I love that I can add recipes to the Oven feature so that I don't have to go looking for recipes I just pull them up on the Oven screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a lot of opportunity to use the oven as we are just completing our kitchen renovations. It looks amazing and I love the fact that I can turn it on and pre-heat it using the app on my phone.
I have this oven as a replacement after several KODE500EBS models that failed to work. I like the overall features and internet connectivity (some are more useful than others). So far it is working well and we are pleased, and it is obviously absent of the issues we were having with the 500. My only concerns relate to temperature. I have been surprised by the temperature gradient in the oven, even in convection mode. The oven measures temperature from a sensor in the top of the oven, and so the bottom of the oven is much lower in temperature than the top - as I said, even in convection mode. Also, the temperature probe for measuring the actual temperature of meats seems to read too high a temperature. I have had no issues with several Kitchenaid ovens with this feature, but when this oven indicates that cooking meat has reached say 160F, my trusted Weber thermometer is only showing 120-125F. This means the oven declares “done” too soon and the meat is way undercooked. I would recommend based on what I have experienced so far. I will update on how the temperature probe continues and after I have tried the powered attachments.
