I bought the Elite model when it first came out years ago & it has brewed thousands of perfect cups of coffee. It finally stopped working & I ordered another one right away. Please don't ever discontinue this model!!
Excellent coffee maker that holds a lot of water in the reservoir. Many size options which I love. Very easy to set up and use right away. It makes iced also which is awesome. So far I couldn't be happier. Love this machine!
Nothing better than this Keurig. Just updated to a premium from one I got at a fair a hundred years ago. Bravo
I had been holding off on purchasing one of these because I usually like to make a pot at a time. This does brews fast and will make a large cup, so it's rare that I need a full pot at a time now. The extra capacity water reservoir is very nice. The mug in the picture holds about 10 oz. The second to largest cup size is perfect. I do have to make sure the cup is completely empty, because it almost fills it. I went with the red, which is quite stylish. If your cup does overfill, the overflow at the bottom will hold quite a bit.
This is my 3 rd Keurig ! I got it for myself turning 70 . My other two coffee makers still work but I'm loving variety of colors !! The first cup was excellent !
Love that there are more cup sizes; a descale option; a hot water only option; a strong coffee option and an iced coffee option. Really easy to set up and use
It is really loud during brewing but very fast. I could see water level from the front on my last machine, but this one from the side. The lid to the water tank doesn't flip, has to be completely taken off to add water to the tank. (not a really big deal). This unit doesn't have an easy-to-read LED display either but couldn't find one with that feature.
This is the fourth K-Elite brewing system that we have. One that we returned due to an unknown defect & we replaced with same. Two after that would leak water from right side bottom. We were give an option to purchase one at a lower price. Replacement was the same model and once again in less than three months with the same leakage. We were told to throw it away and the same model was sent at no charge under warranty. Before we threw away the one that was to be replaced, we took it apart and found that the water pump is where the leakage is coming from the seal. We have received the warranty replacement of same K-Elite brewing system. Hope that this does not occur again.
We purchased the aame modle that we had for years. The new one was considerably lighter and cheap feeling. The machine showed up with missing parts . Now the fun starts by callling India over and over to get the part or replace the machine . After a month we still dont have the part in hand . We are sure this will be the last purchase from this manufacturer.
Ordered this online and when it showed up to my house. It was shipped through Amazon. When I opened it the water reservoir was cracked the full length of the reservoir. And it had been used. There was water droplets in spots in the machine. Returned to the store for a refund. Then it said it could take 2 weeks for my refund.
