I love this product. Small, easy to use, option of turning off the hot water feature which I love.. A bit noisy but you get used to it.
A little loud when the cold setting is on but nonetheless convenient and easy to use with good features.
Had inicial problem finding the proper bottle in local stores. The manual does not have instructions about the bottle installation and which is the adequate one. I had to write about this and got an excellent respond and explication. Thank You. Up to now I am satisfied with the product.
Everything has been great so far, but the hot water heater stopped working.
Works so far, but a little noisy/buzzing sound. Could be better sound insulation in the back area where the coils are for the cooling part.
Great size for a countertop / Annoyingly loud! - Returned because of the excessive noise.
I'm very disappointed in this purchase. In every picture it shows the water jug. This leads me to believe the jug is included. I did not see anywhere that said the jug was not included. I purchased this as a gift to my kids and granddaughter, who have very bad drinking water. They were excited when it arrived and very disappointed to find there wasn't a jug for the water. You need to make it very clear when the jug is not included.
