My original cup stopped frothing milk and I don't understand why but the replacement cup solved the problem it works great
I recently purchased 3 of these machines. I purchased one 6 months ago and liked it so much I purchased 2 more as gifts for my family. I recently had an issue with the frother. After speaking with CS they sent a new froth cup. The machine is working fine now. My problem was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.
I love my K-Cafe coffee maker. My recent purchase of a second frothing cup and accessories was great. Highly recommend product.
I bought the unit in May of 2019 and loved it. Started having problems either the frothier in February 2020. I called and they sent a new machine. Great customer service.
I've been using my K-Cafe and frothier almost daily for a year now. I read reviews before purchasing that made me leery about the frother, but if used properly and kept clean, it works every time. I also use it only with heavy cream. I've read other reviews from people not getting a froth from anything but skim or soy milks...I've never tried those, but I've never had to. I love the results I get from my heavy cream frothing. My only problem is the whisk is so small and hard to keep track of. I'm here today to buy a new one to replace the one I just lost. It's been a week already without a decent cappuccino and I'm starting to lose friends without my little whisk...hope there's a fast-ship option!!
I received my Keurig Cafe as a gift and absolutely love it! I did have a problem with the frother. After using it for a few months, it was only heating the milk and I wasn't getting any foam. I was really disappointed and tried everything in the manual as well as checking online, but it still wouldn't work. I placed a call to customer service and they took care of it with a replacement frother cup -- now I am back to enjoying a perfect cappuccino every time.
I'm sure that the new frothier is fine but still didn't work. The frothier part of the kuerig stopped working after a few uses. Would the company consider replacing the keurig?
It's a beautiful coffee machine however I have had an issue with the frother working . The coffee works perfectly. I have a replacement coming and I am crossing my fingers that I will have no more issues. My friend has had hers for four years with no problems whatsoever. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to make cappuccinos. Cynthia
Had my machine for only a year and the handle came off the milk warmer / froth , wouldn't buy this Aching again as to many issues .
Didn't correct anything, will need to call troubleshooters again, has to be internal at the switch.
