This is the best product! I thoroughly researched countless reviews of many "hook-on" high chairs. Although the chair is not fashionable or trendy by any means, the easy of use and support it gives my 18 mo old greatly makes up for it. She is able to sit at perfect table hight (not slouching or hovering under as with other high chairs). It provides firm back and bottom support unlike other hook on models that sit baby in a canvas sling. The chair is also covered in super-easy-to-clean vinyl (Yeah!) and comes with a snap-on tray that's dishwasher safe. The tray is, however, quite difficult to snap down onto the arms....I am hoping that with repeated use, it will become easier to attach. I was a little worried that it would not attach to our dining room table (because we have a 4 in. apron that hangs down), however, it clears it without a problem--we just took it on vacation and did not encounter a table that it wouldn't work on. It is very well built and I expect to have it for many years! I only wish I had purchased one of these when my son was born 5 yrs ago!!
I purchased this for my new dining room table. The only compliant I have it that my table has a large decorative edge I had to remove to use the chair. It has about 2 inch clearance, my table is 4 inches. Super easy to clean up. Works well on my counter island too. My baby loves to watch from his chair while I cook. Very sturdy too!
This table chair is the best one I have ever owned! I looked everywhere to find the solid metal chair like this. Walmart carried it! The chair folds flat for travel or storage PLUS it has a tray so that your own table does not get messy. It is easy to remove and clean. This chair is a MUST for any table sitting baby!
This was super easy to use; simply unfold and hook on. I would like it more if it were available in a more versatile color/pattern. Still, it is very easy to get children in and out of and attaches very solidly. I can't speak to durability, since we've only used it a couple of weeks.
I bought two of these for my nearly 1 year old twins as we do not have an eat in kitchen. The chairs clamp firmly and easily onto our island. They seem very sturdy (but are new) and are very easy to clean and the neutral colors work almost anywhere. They come off very easily for cleaning/transport. Inexpensive but good quality. I wish I bought them sooner.
This is a great invention for home or travel. It gets rid of the big bulky high chairs and takes up only a small spot at the counter or packed in the car. I have used this product for 22 years and have tried others that were similar. But...the Graco Tot Loc chair is the best of all the brands!
This sturdy product is the only high chair we own. It snaps right to the table and is so secure that I can use it to drag our solid oak table around the kitchen! Unlike other travel high-chairs, this one has a separate seat and back, so clean up is a breeze. No need to disassemble and wash all the little nooks and crannies. Just wipe the vinyl seat and back clean and you're done! Cleaning the floor is a lot easier too--you don't have to mop around the legs of a standard high chair or kick it out of the way. I take this to everyone's house when we travel. It's very easy to attach and detach.
We bought this highchair for our little boy because resturant highchairs are nasty! I choose this one because it has a tray which works out very well. It also fits inside the booth in most places so he is not out in the aisle. Very good for traveling too. My husband it not super thrilled with the print and says it can be hard to remove from the table. But overall...I love it and I think you will too!
=This would be GREAT if you didn't want a bulky highchair in your home because it is vinyl-covered (easy cleanup!) and you can easily clean under it (no legs to contend with when sweeping/mopping!), plus the child is right up at the table, which is great for family interaction! =I personally have had difficulty taking the chair down, but set-up is no problem at all. =This chair feels very sturdy (good quality). =I think the chair is somewhat heavy. (We haven't felt inclined to carry it into a restaurant. Instead, we use a Fisher Price highchair cover, which also helps catch falling toys.) =We DO take this chair to friends' homes where we know there won't be a highchair for our son to borrow. =Please note, this chair isn't to be used on pedestal tables. =It isn't necessary to use the tray.
This is the second one I have ordered and could not take home due to poor quality. Both chairs had issues with the seams not being sealed (they had come loose at the seams). I cannot recommend them for the reason above. I have an older one (5 years old) that is still in mint condition with no tears. I really like the chairs, but the quality is not there, what a shame!
