Love the performance - the auto fan is a feature I didn't this I would need but its what I use 90% of the time - the lighting is bright and perfect for cooking in addition the soft light feature is a great accent. Cant go wrong with this purchase.

Got this as part of a total kitchen remodel with other KitchenAid appliances. Best looking vent we saw. Love the features and the efficient way it removes odors. Lights are very nice and useful as is the auto feature. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I cant speak on the functionality of the product as we just installed it and haven't hooked it up yet. For such a nice unit, it was a shock to see how it little you had to go on for it to be mounted. The only recommendation I can give is to hope you hit a stud or have some blocking behind this unit. Its not super heavy but, heavy enough to be concerning if you don't hit a stud.
Love everything about this except for the lighting. The front ones or bluish in the back one is orange-ish color. Is that the way it is supposed to be because I don't like it. Other than that, it is great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first 2 hoods were installed and both had the same issue. The hood on the top left was lower than the right side. Finally the 3rd hood was even and was installed. JB Hunt installed and our hood fell off the wall. From installing 3 hoods and taking down 2 there was a hole in the sheetrock. They didn't even use a washer. Thankfully I was standing there when it came off the wall. They had someone come back to correct the issue.
