[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving my new Samsung refrigerator. I have owned it for a few weeks now and my household is thoroughly impressed with the great features and marvelous design that combine to create a huge upgrade over our former fridge. This Samsung unit is the same size as our older kitchenaid that we replaced, but we are able to fit much more in the refrigerator and organize all of our food much better in this new Samsung model. We love the french door design, you can see everything in the fridge, easily get to everything. The Food Showcase allows us quick access to all of our sauces, dressings, kids snacks and is something you don't realize you need until you've tried it. The smart design that allows you to set temperatures for the CoolSelect Pantry depending on what you store in it such as deli meats is also great to have. The other upper fridge drawers allow humidity control too. The freezer down below has deep drawers that fit all of our meats, bags of ice, frozen pizzas and more easily. The pull out design makes it easy to get to everything down there as well. It is very easy to control temperatures with the touch controls on the inside of the fridge, if you ever need to cool stuff down more quickly, you can even "overclock" the fridge or freezer into a boosted cooling mode for times like after a power outage or something like that. The alarm that goes off after 2 minutes of having any doors open can really come in handy in case somebody in the house left one of them slightly open by mistake. You can control temps remotely through an app on your phone which is nice to have as well. There is an autofill water pitcher in one of the fridge doors that is a nice thing to have too. The outside of the unit is remarkable, the beautiful steel finish is elegant and also fingerprint resistant, so it will always look impressive to any visitors. I could not be any happier with this refrigerator, Samsung has done a great job and I highly recommend this model to anybody looking to upgrade to a new fridge, Two Thumbs up from me!

Easy to adjust shelves, spacious drawers and totally cool door that opens up so you don't have to open the entire thing. Love the auto filling water pitcher! I was challenged at first to figure out how to connect to internet with no real help in the manual or online but once you get it, the sky is the limit!

I love the French door design and freezer on the bottom. It also has some neat features. The every day most common things you place in your door is even easier to access on this fridge and also just looks cool. When you pull the fridge open from the bottom of the handle the shelf that was in the door detached and stays in the fridge for easy access. I thought this was a cool little feature that I haven't seen on a fridge before. Temp control is very easy to manage. One thing that is almost surprising about this fridge is the storage space. My previous fridge was jammed pack with my normal amount of groceries. This one has room to spare. So much space actually I have space for things I wouldn't normally put in the fridge due to the lack of space. In short, the fridge looks awesome. Works great. Cool little features & ton of storage space. Not much more I want out of a fridge. I'm happy with this purchase.

The pantry drawer is huge and keeps my fruits and veggies fresher longer. The showcase door makes it for easy access to frequently used items without letting all the cool air out. This is one of my favorite features due to having children. The auto fill pitcher comes in very handy for infusing or cold brewing tea. Ice maker makes ice fairly quick. I love the fact that it dispenses both cubed and crushed ice. This unit is very quiet. Water dispensor is very fast. I am very picky with water and let me tell you this built in filter is great. It is saving me money form having to buy water bottles. The freezer is pretty big also. It has 2 drawers with plenty of space and the lift and pull handle make it easy to open it. Lighting inside this unit is awesome. I love this fridge! I would highly recommend it 100%.

This refridgerator is amazing!!! It looks absolutely beautiful and screams quality! The stainless steel has such a sharp and clean look, but the fingerprint resistant finish helps keep it looking clean all the time. The lighting inside of the fridge is really bright and pleasant on the eyes. Makes it really easy to see what's inside. We love using the auto-fill pitcher which lets us take water to the dinner table instead of having to get up and get water from the dispenser. I really like the capacity of this refridgerator, we moved our groceries from the old fridge to this one when it was delivered and I swear that it seemed like we only filled half the shelves on the fridge. This refrigerator is super quiet, it doesn't make the humming sound that our previous refrigerator made. The ice maker has a ton of capacity. He really likes that he can monitor the fridge from his smartphone. The showcase door is really great for quick-grab items like cold drinks. Overall I am absolutely in love with my new refrigerator!!!

It is quite functionalble in the way the refrigerator and freezer set up and laid out. The arrangements of various sections help as well. There has been very positive feedback from other members of the family. The features that stand out the most are the autofilll water pitcher which is a great feature offering clean filteted water and the coolibg door the door opens and offers a view of the inside of the Refrigerator without having to open the Refrigerator doors which is great for saving energy and keeping the food cool and fresh.

I keep all of my most used items there, this way I don't have to open the entire fridge each time! I love all of the adjustable shelves as well! The LED lighting inside makes it very easy to see everywhere . The freezer is awesome and has more than enough room. This new Samsung fridge is a huge upgrade over my last one for sure! One thing that really sticks out is the actual finish of this refrigerator. It has a very polished, high end look that you just don't see on a lot of other brands. The finish, in my opinion is impeccable!

Its been replaced 3 times. Very frustrating. I was told by Samsung repair man it's a frequent problem. So do I spend 400+ on a warranty for an ice maker that has known issues?
from the beginning the ice maker will "freeze" up and cause the ice to become "frosty" not clear/clean ice. also, the clear body of the in door water pitcher is faulty either by design or production. after using for a few months the pitcher lid seal will not longer stop the unit from dripping when pouring water out of it. the clear body clearly has a mold like a deformity at the worst possible location. i'll be on my 3rd pitcher in a little over a year now. not a great quality, designed, built product. be warned.
