I LOVE this foam roller! It is just the right firmness to roll out knots in my muscles without being too painful. The length and diameter make it perfect for rolling out both legs, not to mention the marbled grey is a great look!
This is a perfect beginner roll. It's firm and works out my muscles but still has a bit of softness to it from the foam.
Essential for stretching and recovery. Increases blood flow & targets painful knots.
I use this to roll out my muscles after workouts. It's works really well and I love the marble color for some added fun. The size is also good for easy storage.
So glad i bought this. It's helped me with back issues, and keeping my legs from locking up after a long session skating. Found out it's also great for asymmetrical pushups and other exercises.
