This product lets the human bartender enjoy our company instead of mixing individual drinks for everyone and giving quests options.
If you like a variety of mixed drinks this is the machine for you! The drinks turn out perfect every time and you can choose if you want it regular or strong. There is also a weaker option but I have never tried that bottom out lol. If you are even considering purchasing this machine, go to the Bartesian Enthusiast Facebook group and see what all the owners over there have to say!
This is a great way to enjoy a mixed drink without thinking about anything but pushing the start button. I have truly enjoyed every drink I have made with this machine. Hurry order you one, you will enjoy it.
It perfectly mixes the drink of choice
Novelty item that makes "speciality" cocktails. Bottles leak while installed and when you pull them off, booze leaks out onto the machine and to clean it up is near to impossible.
I purchased this machine after reading all the good reviews on Amazon and other varies sites as well as a few YouTube videos rating the machine. Unfortunately, I must've got a bad one. I received my machine on July 14, 2021. Being a $350 machine, I actually read the instructions as soon as I took it out the box. I washed my bottles, plugged it in, did the 1st time use cycle and then made my drink. PERFECT. I went to work that night, got off that morning, walked in ready to make a drink before bed and my brand new machine only 1 day in my care decides it's not going to function properly. I tapped the screen to wake it up and the words on the screen were distorted. No biggie. I'll just unplug it and plug it back in. Well, now my screen is COMPLETELY blank. I'm thinking maybe it just needs time to wake up. I waited a few minutes and still blank. I tried disconnecting then reconnecting the power cord, nothing. Maybe it'll work if I put one of the pods in it (1 out of $100 worth of pods I foolishly purchased ahead of time thinking there would be no issues). Put the pod in, still blank. I started tapping on the screen, which is still blank, but now is starts dispensing a drink without me even knowing what was pressed. I go to the Bartesian site to see if maybe there's a customer service number where I can get assistance in troubleshooting it but the only thing I can do is send an email which I did. I truly don't feel like taking it back only to wait on delivery for another one (again, $100 worth of pods that would probably be more hassle to return than just trying my luck with a 2nd machine). Especially since I've already thrown the bottles from the liquor away after filling the containers. Now I have to find 4 random large bottles that can hold the liquor in case I have to return it. This is definitely starting out as an expensive headache.
