makes fluffy waffles kids love em plates come off for easy clean up Used it 3x so far and is consistent No off button like all the others need to pull cord out of wall and for the money they can charge a few more dollars for a storage container for the 4 plates but other than that it stores upright which is a plus
I like that this is small and easy to store. It is simple to use and makes delicious waffles. The removable plates are handy if you want to make different types of waffles. I have only used the Belgium type so far and the waffles were a big hit. Also the non-stick plates were super easy to clean.
It was a Christmas gift, So we have used it only a couple of times. Each of those times, it worked wonderfully & was easy to clean. The recipe book was also quite useful. I only needed about 1/4 recipe, but both times I made a full recipe instead & cooked & froze the extra waffles to be Re-toasted later. They are very tasty & we then get a prolonged & regular waffle hit with NO mess whatsoever!
I absolutely love that I can easily switch between two different waffle types. The book recipes have been delicious so far, the instructions and pictures are clear and scannable, and it's easy to store away. This is the best waffle maker I've ever owned!
I've only used it twice, but so far I am very pleased. It's easy to store and just the right size for the two of us, and even more when the grandkids are here.
Works great. Has adjustable settings for doneness - my old one didn't. Removable plates are also an improvement. Compact "footprint" fits well in my storage area.
I've only had this waffle maker a short time, but it was easy to use, made decent waffles, was easy to clean and compact to store. If you are cooking for several people, though, it might be better to have a larger version.
I love this waffle iron. It is a “tweener” size - not as large as a regular waffle iron but not as small as a mini! Waffles come out perfect every time without sticking. I don't even have to use any oil on the griddle plates. Just make sure you only hand was them even though they are dishwasher safe. I find the dishwashing detergents are too harsh for non-stick surfaces and they eventually start sticking. I use the buttermilk waffle recipe that is in the enclosed manual. Delicious!
Definitely worth the price. My husband wants waffles every day, so it didn't take long to pay for itself and homemade waffles are healthier. No messy cleaning. The griddles are non-stick. No oil or butter needed. Very good item
This unit functions very nicely, the most important part is the non stick surface. hopefully that will last longer than our older one of a different brand. The fact it stands up for storage is a plus.
