After microwaving the open jar for 45 seconds (the maximum time recommended) and stirring it, it had the perfect, smooth, creamy, pourable texture and a nice warmth to it. It came out of the jar easily and coated the ice cream evenly with a thin layer of topping. It is very flavorful and delicious, and each spoonful of ice cream had a nice amount of caramel topping on it. This product would be great over ice cream on its own or with other yummy sundae toppings. A little of it goes a long way, and one tablespoon of it only has 70 calories. I actually even dipped my spoon right in the jar to enjoy it all on its own. I would definitely recommend this yummy hot caramel topping to anyone looking for a creamy, smooth and tasty addition to their ice cream
