This works gread. I have tried other electric wine bottle openers, nut the Cuisinart one workes the best. It is good looking also.

Like most things from Cuisinart, it just works, and does so without a lot of fuss. We have not hit a wine cork yet that this affordable and always ready to go device can't handle. Plus, it's got a nice simple stainless steel design. I fully recommend!
This is must have tool for wine lovers with arthritic hands! Just a push of one button outcomes the cork, & one more push releases the removed cork! Easy to use & eased my hand.
So far this has been powerful, reliable and easy to use! it doesn't hurt that it is also attractive!
This device works well on corks that are made of composite cork material, such as often found in lower priced wines. Unfortunately, virgin or natural corks don't fare so well. The corkscrew often travels at an angle, and tears the cork rather than removing it. This can be addressed by using a manual corkscrew, usually.
We have a previous 0ne that never ope 50 bottles as you claim. then the Batteries stop charging and was unable to open it to be able to change the batteries. I would not have bought it again my wife did.
Then batte.ry doesn't hold a charge. I charged if for 30 hours and left it for 72 hours and it didn't have enough power to remove a cork. They advertise it will remove 50 corks on one charge. Don't think my unit will do that unless it is right after charging. I am thiniing of returning it.
We received this electric opener as a Christmas present for our Florida home. We have a Rabbit electric wine opener at our home up north. We have used the Cuisinart opener for a couple months and haven't been very pleased with the product. The charge doesn't last very long. It is not as easy to use as the Rabbit version and it is not as efficient opening bottles. To be honest, if I had boutght it I would be taking it back. We prefer the Rabbit opener by far over the Cuisinart version
