This washer machine is awesome! Anyone who gave a negative review honestly don't know how to use it!!! When you wash your close make sure you press the deep fill button! I'm sad that I have to sell it because the washer and dryer hook up at my new house is in a smaller space.

I replaced my 20 year old washer and dryer with this set and I'm totally pleased with my purchase. I have a small space dedicated to the washer and dryer and it fits nicely. Love how it's digital and the space for the detergent pods and stain removal guide
I love the size of the tub.I can do almost 2 loads of laundry compared to my last washer. I love the lid, where I can see that it's working. I like the flex dispense. My husband is visually challenged and it was hard for to know if the pod landed in the washer. He now can see it and we both like that it lights up and shows us what cycle it is in. In all fairness, I have had it 3 days and have several loads of laundry I have washed. The only con: you can see the dust settle on it.
This washer would fit a large family perfectly as it's load size is huge! Saves water as it senses load size and only fills washer just at top of clothes in tub. So far all good as I have not used all the features yet. Happy I bought picked this GE washer!
I have had my eye on this washer for a couple of years, because of all the features as well as the agitator. Reading all of the mixed reviews had me a little scared, but I am so glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews . I ran 2 large loads today and it handled them well. I was able to fit what was 2 loads in my old washer in just 1 load with this unit. This is gonna save me lots of time!!! I do already have the matching dryer because our old dryer died last year, so now my set it complete and they work very well together. I highly recommend this washer.
I purchased this washer in August 2022 since the day we bought it I hadn't any issues. And my wife is the one of the person I can said she really uses the washer a least 5 times or more in a week, we have 3 kids all in soccer's league's that means we have so much dirty clothes. The water sensoring is great even you can opt out for deep fill,cleans the clothes very well . The spin cycle make you clothes almost dry. And does not require too much time in you dryer Way better than other brands
I love all the different programmable cycles an the compartments for all of the laundry products! It has so much more space than my last washer. I also like the feature that tells you how much time is left on the load. So far, the only complaint I have is how much moisture it releases through the lid. The control panel is always damp when a load is going.
The washer has a deep fill setting this is possibly regulated by an internal sensor. The power button doesn't work properly to allow the sensor to reset. I have to unplug it and wait then plug it back in. Even then it's still questionable if the deep fill will work. I've had to manually add gallons of water.
I have had nothing but problems with this machine. No matter how big or small the load is 8 out of 10 loads will not spin out. I'm wasting so much time and money having to go back and try to make it spin out or having to ring them out by hand. Very inconvenient. I have tried everything. I have tried leveling it. Nothing works! I wish they would recall this product and fix our problem. I have spent so much money on it I Hate that it's like this and my only option is to buy another washer.
