The drawers glide nicely and its a nice piece of furniture. I wouldn't use it for a master bedroom, but fir my toddlers room it is great. I decided to buy another for our baby's room
I was nervous about this dresser based on some other reviews that mentioned the drawers fitting oddly and having uneven gaps. Thankfully, I have no issues and the assembly was not too difficult (I am not handy). Assembly is tedious but not challenging. I LOVE how it turned out and how sleek it looks.
Dresser is what I expected. Ive purchased 6 products from south shore and my only complaint would be packaging bc a few of my purchases have been dented due to shipping
I should have read the reviews thoroughly before purchasing. This is very cheap material, especially for the price! Instructions were horrible! The screws for the knobs many of which did not thread in properly and are wobbly. The top drawer does not sit aligned and smooth. The back of the top drawer has an open gap about half way. I have never seen a dresser where the back is not completely closed off. I can only use 2 pictures on here which is unfortunate. This would be sufficient for a spare room if of course it didn't have these flaws. Even still the price makes this purchase regrettable.
Cheap material for the price!!! Not very impressed with it. After taking out of packaging and assembling piece by peice, there were damges! Not sure if it was from the shipping, but it seemed like it was pretty well protected in the box and therefore it must have been damaged before boxing!
Beyond upset with this purchase. It was a birthday present.... at the time of the dresser there is an inch gap in the front and back... every single drawer is tilted out. As soon as you pull the drawers out they fall. Something is horribly wrong with my piece of furniture. Was hoping to resell but I wouldn’t do that to anyone... hoping I can return it if not I’ll be have a $180 piece of furniture to burn and drink too.
The quality is very bad and after 1 month use all their chest out of place and shape and all the adages are sharp and it can hurts especially like me if you have a little baby. when you pull out the chest it's falling out of dresser and moving out of rail. I'm so sad put my time to assemble this drawer 😞😡
It is not sturdy. It is not durable. the drawers to do not glide in seamlessly. My husband is a carpenter and he thought the dresser was a terrible buy. The assembly took about 1.5 hrs. The finish is nice, but if needs to be in abedroom it will not last. The pictures are from the 2nd week of usage by my 12 daughter.
My experience has been unfortunate. This poor quality piece, fell apart in literally days! Spent over $200 with taxes and fees, for the drawers to collapse! This was a complete waste of time and money. Now I am back at square one looking for another dresser or a way to fix this one; which shouldnt be my position after spending over $200.00
This is basically particle board! Arrived with a whole in the side most likely occurred during packing as the piece arrived in perfect condition. Waiting to hear if I can get a partial refund.. will have to see how it holds up. Going in a closet ... directions difficult to follow and my husband is handy..
