Makes great coffee and fast. When you put water in the tank make sure it is in just right or it will put water out on the counter. I'm gonna use my coffee pot to put water in the tank from now on. My kitchen aid coffee maker I had previously lasted for years.
We recently got this coffee maker. Rich coffee! Biggest pro is ease of cleaning! Never had a coffee maker with such easy cleaning ability!!! Great!

I love this coffee maker it is wonderful and it is great to wake up and my coffee is ready. It is simple to use, and the coffee tastes great every time. My only regret is that I wish I had got this coffee maker sooner.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my coffee maker it makes great coffee, love the sound when coffee is ready and auto shut off incase I forget to turn off myself. The design of my new coffee maker is bad in many ways, just my opinion. This is my third KitchenAid coffee maker. My top reason for getting this brand and sticking with it is the removable water reservoir. So nice to be able to clean when removed. I'm including pictures comparing my old model to my new model ,new model on the right.. I don't like the removable lid on the reservoir my old one was hinged and connected to the coffee maker. . The size is too big. I prefer the clock on the front of the machine. Don't like the handle on the reservoir. And last the look of it with the big KitchenAid on the front along with the shape reminds me of my stand mixer. If it weren't for the changes I would give it 5 stars. I loved my old one so much more would give it 5 stars plus.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were disappointed with the way it dripped all the time when pouring and then noticed a crack in the glass carafe where it meets the top band. I'm not sure if this is something the company would stand behind or not.
Design of the coffee maker was nice, but the pot leaked from the get go - the metal ring at the top wasn't tight. Unfortunately had to return it. The filter was cool though - has cup indicator so you know how much coffee to put in for different cup amounts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third coffee maker KitchenAid sent me. It is all scratched up. The showerhead from the vents insides leaks down the sides when I open the lide the remove the coffee filter. I have just about had it with this machine.
