Ordered to make a no knead bread recipe from NY Times calling for 1/2 cup. It worked so well that now wheat has been eliminated and completely replaced with this Rye flour now up to 2.5 cups... The taste is really good. 8lbs are actually going fast so need to reorder soon!
I just made a loaf of rye bread and was very happy with the quality of this rye flour. The sturdy resealable bag is a plus. I will be ordering other flours from Food to Live. Thank you.

It is a great quality product and when you bake you understand that quality always matters! My family loves the rye bread made of this flour, the loaf smells so delicious with a dark crust! Strongly recommend for a healthy nutritious family daily serving!

This item was quite expensive for the amount received.
May be a matter of taste but I didn't care much for it. This was the first time I have ever tried rye flour of any kind so I have nothing to compare it to. Received on time, well packaged and quality looked good but lighter than I expected. Price would have been pretty good if not the best I saw had it actually been 2 1/2 pounds instead of the 2 pounds net weight clearly marked on the bag.
Not as fresh as it could have been; bread not rising well.
During the pandemic I have had to pay WAY WAY too much for products because it was all I could order on line. This product is a perfect example. During my online searches I kept seeing this company come up and kept away from them because of their prices and they ship through USPS. USPS does not deliver right to my door. Its a shame to pay over $6 for 8 ounces of flour. Normally I pay half that for 5lbs. Disgrace. I knew what I was getting, but again for online it was all I could get.
