I recently purchased this phone and love it. clear quality and great battery life.
Good quality, and arrived super fast.
The phone worked well! Unfortunately I had to return because when I tried to replace the screen protector, a part of it wouldn't come off. It was literally glued on.
I had an issue with the phone and the Seller was just not willing to do anything to make me happy or work for a resolution. The phone itself was in decent shape overall but the charging port did not work correctly, among other things. I contacted them and was told to return it. At that time the price of the phone had increased so I asked if I could rather do an exchange as I still want the same (working) item. The Seller remained unwilling to exchange or offer a credit on the same item. At one point they claimed lack of staff to perform an exchange, which would be understandable, but they had plenty of staff to continually respond to my emails, at first pointing to Walmart (whose representatives are always kind
Beware- this item might not actually be available, won't stop them from charging you and keeping your money for 10 days. I was told they can't deliver to me which seems like a lie to cover the fact their inventory was not listed accurately.
