I love that the gummies are made with natural and plant based products - I would prefer having that and giving it to my daughters if I had any before turning to drug prescriptions. I’d recommend to try! They are sweet, and the apple flavor is tasty!

It helps support stress, mood, and hormonal health. It also promotes healthy hair & nails. So far the biggest benefit my daughter has noticed was an increase in energy|focus. Highly recommend. Very happy with this supplement. Will re-purchase in the future.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I could have chosen to try the menopause version of Winged Wellness but since I take prenatal vitamins to promote hair growth, among many other youthful benefits, I opted to try Teen Queen and I am not disappointed! The flavor is great and I have felt my stress ease up despite some major life changes. I'm less likely to snap at my poor husband for no good reason and I find that along with a healthy diet, eight hours sleep, and exercise, that my energy level remains consistent throughout the day. I no longer experience the post lunch slump and loss of focus. Mind you, I take Teen Queen along with a regimen of other supplements but Winged Women's Wellness has given me that noticeable bump. I won't be running any marathons but I feel better enough to justify buying this when my sample runs out.

This works as good as most multivitamin gummies, it's easy because you can just grab them and go, no need for multiple pills at a time. I haven't seen changes with my skin, hair, etc., but they're good!

You take 2 a day they help teens with stress and mood support. My 15 year old has been taking for 2 weeks everyday she states she feels better and more emotional stable. She does say they taste weird nothing like the apple flavor they say they are , but that being said she says they are not bad . I would recommend

But after trying the two gummies I was impressed by the flavor. I’m going to be taking these everyday until the bottle runs out. Being in my 20’s my stress had been up due to changes in my life. I took them for the first time and within an hour felt relaxed and chill. I’m excited to see the effects in a couple weeks! I do recommend this product! Also they are vegan & help young women with hormonal changes, low mood, and anxiousness, and focusing!  I was actually surprised to see that there was B12 in this product with a natural herb extract excited to see how this promotes my hair and nail health as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was able to try this vitamin for free thanks to Influenster and it was okay but I honestly didn't see to much of a benefit in the long run. I think it's more of a person to person thing since some people do well with higher biotin and l-theanine supplements and others don't. I enjoy l-theanine when I obtain it from drinking tea, but for some reason supplement form doesn't work well for me and doesn't feel calming. So I think maybe I'd like the chasteberry and other ingredients separately but overall did not get a hormonal benefit from the product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These gummies are labeled as a multi nutrient gummy for teens. I wouldn’t say it functions as a multi vitamin though like the name implies. As you can see in the nutrient label, it doesn’t have the vitamins (A,C,D,E, etc) and supplements (calcium, zinc, folate, etc) that a multi vitamin has so you would have to take both this and a multi vitamin. Aside from that, they do taste good but I haven’t noticed any difference in stress, mental tension, or mental focus/concentration like the gummy says it provides. It is a supplement so everyone will respond differently to it, but it doesn’t necessarily add any benefit that I have noticed.
