As far as how it is doing on my hair i can't say it's working completely but i will say so far i have not bad any bad side effects from it. It doesn't have a taste so you can your favorite fruit like strawberries. I did notice in healthy growth in hair, face and nails. I needed to try for 30 days before giving a review, in my opinion. I wish it was in a flavor not unflavored, something like vanilla or chocolate, I think I would enjoy it much more then. But the product is good I would purchase again for sure. I'm not a big supplement in my drinks to begin with and one taste of each was more than enough for me to stop drinking. I was looking forward to trying it to see how it worked but couldn't get past the taste.
