Approaching age 69 and realizing that I did not do it right. I am now enjoying the feeling that I have now after a proper brushing. After 2 implants and wearing a partial bridge I wish that I could start over. Having all my teeth would have been great.
I just visited the dentist for the first time since I started using quip, and it was amazing. The hygienist and dentist both commented on how clean and perfect my teeth were after only a few months. I let them know that I was using quip and they both said that they would try it. All in all made my cleaning and exam go much smoother and easier which is a huge relief. It doesn't hurt that the toothbrush looks great and doesn't need.a bulky charger or case. Very happy with it so far, easy to travel with as well!
The things I hated about my previous electric toothbrush was 1. refill brushes were pricey and the cheap ones broke making the brushing experience ineffective, 2. very hard to manage from charging the battery, brushing time, and just overall feel, and 3. took up space on the bathroom sink. Quip was a great improvement from it basic design and function, proper techniques to brushing, time reminders, space saving storage, and great price on brushes with being deliver on the day I need to replace the brush. My tooth are in better condition thanks to quip and it system.
Almost seems silly to make a big deal about a toothbrush. However, this toothbrush has really been a game changer for me. I had been thinking about getting an electric toothbrush for years, but they seemed so bulky and inconvenient in lots of ways. Quip changed all that for me. It's so easy to use. It's as convenient to handle as a non-electric toothbrush and I can take it with me when I travel. I love the timer function that ensures I get a full two minutes brushing every time.
I love my quip! I'm not thinking about holding my toothbrush when I brush; I'm thinking about my teeth. I love how quiet and how portable it is, and I especially love that I don't have to worry about replacing the head -- it just shows up. I never thought I'd be in love with a toothbrush, but here we are.
Finally there is a powered toothbrush that I can also travel easily with. Not having a charging station and being able to put the toothbrush in the case it comes with and mounts to is awesome. Also the price is unbeatable, thanks for making the battery and head replacement a breeze.
I loved my toothbrush but I just got my new replacement head and now it didn't turn on. I noticed something was wrong when it kept turning off while I was brushing but I thought maybe the battery was dying. It didn't even last a year and it's already broken
Love the uncomplicated slim design and the travel case. My teeth get cleaner than using a manual toothbrush, and don't feel like I am abusing my gums and teeth with a power tool (Oral-B rotating). Some people complain of lack of power in the quip - I think it's just the right amount. The battery only lasted a month of regular use so I am awarding three stars based on that and the price being excessive.
First two broke fairly quickly (frames craxked), I quit buying these for a while. I saw the new black one which has a metal frame so I thought I would try it and see if it lasts any longer. If this one breaks I'm done for good, as what good are they if they keep cracking?
I have subscribed to Quip for a long time and have found that once I have changed the head three times the toothbrush no longer vibrates. This has happened after buying a new toothbrush twice, meaning it has happened with three toothbrushes so far. I am convinced that it is not built to sustain long-term use and I will likely change to a new toothbrush.
