I find fresh lemongrass to be a huge waste of effort and time for little flavour. By the time it arrives in Canada the stalks are dry and hard. I really like your lemongrass paste! Gives a great tangy lemon flavour to thai recipes
I use this for Vietnamese dishes, beef noodle salad, Beef stew etc. Better than minced lemon grass :)
Love to use it in chicken rice soup. Yesterday I tried spreading about a tsp of it on a warm tortilla. It made for a delicious snack.

Hiya! Am I able to make tea from this paste? I noticed there was a few cold drink recipes, make tea the same way? Raw honey rather than sugar?
This could have 5 stars if it didn't have whey as an ingredient. How critical is whey? Without, this is an incredible vegan product. Please consider making this vegan......then it appeals to EVERYONE.

Very disappointing.Why is there sop much salt?? That's predominant taste rather than lemongrass. Unbelievable that you have beverage recipes using this. Nobody wants salty lemongrass lemonade or salty smoothie!

Liked this product till i realized it has whey. will never purchase again. i'm vegan & this is rlly rlly sad. i wish this product didn't have dairy. like literally for what reason?
