I have very Very dry eyes so I stopped wearing my contacts, and went back to glasses. This ointment works best for me. I use it 2x a day, and also at at bedtime - when I put in extra. Since it's an ointment, your eyes will be a bit blurry after you put it in, but it only lasts a few minutes. You will get used to it and adjust accordingly. Most importantly it's soothing and .... it works!! I keep a tube at home, at work, and in my purse.

Help wonderfully with my dry eyes. Apply at bedtime. No problem applying eye make up.
The best Night time gel. Stays in eyes all night. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
Works well, not as well as the 5% ointment, which is unavailable, but it works.
