Customer service was great. I do all my auto needs at this particular store mainly because of the associates that are working there.
It does the job. And it was at a great value.
Two different sizes of belts for the same application. Both say "exact fit" but only one actually fits. No way to tell which is right until you try it. It was even suggested that I buy both and return the un-needed one. This necessitated three separate trips to the store.
Fit just right, just what I ordered. I think I will order a different brand next time, the last one didnt last too long.
Belt is in and working. It seemed a little smaller but that could just be the newness. No complaints
Nice belt , replaced mine although my old one looked good and had 130000 miles on still keep it for back up.
What can I say. It is a belt and it serves it's purpose. Alittle better than average, but it also cost alittle more than the cheapest belt.
As I prepared for a cross country trip, I figured it would be easier to replace the belt in my driveway rather than on the interstate. Nice to find a made in America quality piece.
Did not fit my truck, '97 Ford F-150 XLT. Called the store to confirm it was the right part. They assured me that it was the correct part. I wrestled with this thing for 2 hours! I went to a competitor and purchased the correct item that actually fit properly. Once I had the correct belt, I got it on the truck in 5 minutes!
Serpentine belt was 8 inches too short because the WRONG belt was in the packaging sleeve! and to make matters worse, store only had 1 in inventory for a FORD F150 !!!
