[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Inflatable hot tubs are in a class by themselves. It is difficult to compare them to hard shelled hot tubs. Those have many differences. Especially the price. Not just a purchase price, but the permits, installation, electrical etc.. Lots to consider. With an inflatable hot tub, there is very little planning that needs to be done. Very little expense to get up and running. I don't have a fenced area to keep the hot tub safe from kids and animals. So I chose to put up a fence around the hot tub. Most folks won't need that expense. The only other expenses was buying the chemicals and a foam sheet (read below). The chemicals are very reasonably priced considering they will last quite a while. Setting up this hot tub was super easy. I had leveled the ground and chose to purchase a 1/2" thick foam sheet to rest the hot tub on. That was by choice and not necessary for everyone. I live in a cold climate (PNW). So it is an extra level of insulation. Lots of videos on YT on how to set up this style of hot tub. After getting the ground level and foam board in place, I inflated the hot tub with the pump unit that comes with it. It took about 5 minutes to inflate. The fittings from the pump attached to the hot tub with just my hands. No tools needed. I inflated the cover prior to hooking up the fittings. I proceeded to fill the hot tub with water. It took about 1.5 hours. The water temp was 47f . I put the cover on the top. And the full hot tub cover that came with this model. The full cover is a huge bonus. I highly recommend folks in colder temps to use it. I fully covered the hot tub and it was 104f in about 16 hours. I check the chemicals and filter each morning. There are lots of YT videos on how to do that. I mostly use the hot tub in the evenings. When I am done for the evening, I turn the temp down to 98f. This helps preserve electricity. If find by using the timer, the temp can drop lower in the cold days. So to heat up to 104f, the heater will just be working harder to catch up. Having the temp at 98f, the hot tub only takes a few hours to get up to full temp. Having the full cover on, I notice that the heater does not kick on very often. The heat is maintained very well with the full cover. I live in a windy area too. Protecting the hot tub from the wind helps with keeping it from cooling to quick. When in the hot tub on the cold days. 35f or so. I use bubble wrap on the surface. I had some laying around and it fits well. I cover about 3/4 of the surface of the hot tub. The heat is kept in a bit longer on those cold days. I may purchase the bubble insulation for pools at some point, but the bubble wrap seems to be working. When the temp is warmer, the bubble wrap isn't used. I usually spend a couple hours in the hot tub in the evening. So the bubble wrap helps keep the heat longer while I am in the hot tub for those couple of hours. The construction of this hot tub is very good. It is a thick material. Keep sharp objects away from it. I have a dog. 45lb Springer. I do not let him near the hot tub when I am in it. Not just because of his nails, but his hair too. And he would just want to play ball the entire time anyway. Dropping the muddy ball in the hot tub over and over. Lol. I don't believe he would cause any issues with the hot tub walls. There is a patch kit that comes with the hot tub. I tell anyone using it, no ear rings. No glass items. Etc..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very impressed with this hot tub/spa. We have been using it for one week. Easy to put together and inflate. The instructions are a little vague. It's a really good size . Takes a bit to fill. We were fortunate enough to put some hot water into so it didn't take long to heat up. Maintains heat very well. There is an insulated cover and a regular cover for it. We've been using it daily. It's been kept in approximately 60 degrees. I turn it down at night and it's never lost more than 3 degrees so heater does run until I turn it back up. The massage bubbles work great. It's not made for permanent installation so it's not running all the time. Totally impressed and really like it.

The inflatable design makes it easy to set up. Just inflate the tub with the pump, fill it up, and you are ready to go! The Energy Sense Cover efficiently keeps the water warm. The air jets provide a surprisingly powerful massage that melts away tension. My granddaughters love splashing around in the warm bubbles. Unwind and have some family fun. I highly recommend the Coleman Hot Tub to anyone looking for a high-quality, relatively portable family-friendly hot tub.
Love that the delivery was quick and works amazingly but the instructions we hard to work with so had to find a tutorial on YouTube.
This is my 1st time owning a hot tub. I want sure if we would use you enough to warrant the cost or maintenance. So far very little maintenance and use it almost every day. you can only for 2 adults comfortably. I don't know how long lasting it will be but very glad we made the purchase.
I love... I mean LOVE this thing. I'm on my third month of ownership. I've been using it on the patio fully exposed to winter weather, wind, snow, ice and temps down to 0 Fahrenheit a few times overnight on the front range of Colorado. The EnergySense cover is perfect. I also got a cover for the pump. Definitely keeps the heat in with both. I added a thick foam mat underneath the floor too between the spa and the concrete. I have not opened it up and got in during temps less than 20 just because that is too cold for me. Plus I'd be worried about how brittle the vinyl would be below that. But at 20-25 Fahrenheit, the water temperature slowly drops from 104-100 in about an hour if no bubbles are used. If the bubbles are used, it goes from 104 to 99 in 10 minutes. With outside temperatures at 65, using the bubbles cools it from 104-99 in about 30 minutes. Without bubbles it holds at 102-104. When it snows, the snow melts off the concrete before it melts off the cover. That's nice because it helps me know it's not wasting too much heat. Our 1st full month electric bill for half of January and half of February only increased by $15-$20. Nice! I'm so glad I bought this! I can have guiltless luxury from my own backyard. It is so relaxing to watch the stars at night listen to the birds by day from inside this. You won't regret buying this either. The saluspa miami is perfect for 1 person or 2 people who really really like each other. Absolutely too small for more people than that but fits great on my smaller patio. Even though this is something inflatable, I think it's worth it.
The ad for this hot tub said it was 76” but the one I received is only 71”. It seems to otherwise be a fine hot tub just 5” smaller than I thought I was getting. Pretty disappointing. Contacted seller but haven't received a reply.
Worked fine for a month. Now Error code E02 and will not heat any longer. Received an email from Spreetail immediately after purchase to contact with any issues. Did so. Took a month back and forth with emails they couldnt find my order, sent screen shots of receipt, order number. Had me send tracking, shipping label still nothing. Finally located after month. they they say they can't help send me a separate company and number to call. finally get ahold of them at best way but cannot do thru phone. have submit on their website. Horrendously run and terrible experience. Still waiting for a response. Buyer beware...
The pump stopped working after 3 months and the warranty doesn't do any good if you can't get bestway to answer the phone or return emails I've been trying for 2 weeks now and they simply will not respond. And the phone numbers they provide me with aren't in service anymore.
