[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this refrigerator for about two years now and love it. No problems and great experience. I can't think of anything that especially stands out about it, but in my judgment it has great design and quality. The black stainless steel looks really nice. I'm a fan. We now have 3 LG appliances and I am planning to buy a range as soon as LG releases their new line of electric ranges. (Wish they would publish an expected date for that.)

From ordering online, delivery in 2 days, an awesome LG installation team, that took true care in removing our old frig (dismantled it so they didn't destroy the house), Provided us with an informational session on all the cool features including showing us how to remove/ replace filters, shelves, wrappings, etc.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you open the single freezer drawer three sliding shelves give you easy visible access to all your freezer items. You have ample space to categorize your items and at a glance you can determine your shopping needs or meal planning.

Right off and very fascinating is the extra door opening for retrieving frequently used items without having to go into the main part of this refrigerator. Another favorite feature we are fascinated with is the ice maker making round ice balls. We purchased this refrigerator on the recommendation of a geek squad technician and are beyond pleased that we took his advice.
I purchased this LG 5 years ago, and is still under it's 10 year warranty. We are a family of 3; so no heavy use. The paint on the refrigerator chipped off by simple wiping with no abrasives or solvents. The compressor is failing, and the repairman tells me it will take LG 10 days to ship the needed parts. I would not call that an excellent warranty. I have never been able to connect the wifi following their instructions. The product is OK, but so far not fantastic due to poor technical support.

I bought this fridge in August of 2021. I have already had to replace the craft ice maker 2 different times. I'm now on the 4th craft icemaker in less than 2 years, and it is starting to act up too. This is asinine for a fridge of this price.
