[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was waiting for my old refrigerator to die because I had been eyeing this one. A friend bought it and I loved it ever since seeing at her house. We went to several stores and looked in detail at all the different refrigerators that had the features we wanted. I think my favorite feature is the entertainment ice “balls” or as I called them, my old fashioned ice. The refrigerator is quiet, it's sexy, it holds a lot more than my old side-by-side counter depth and the water can be measured. Did I say it's fabulous.?

The space is much better than I thought, enjoying the third door, and the ice choices is great. The counter depth works out great also, we had a larger frig but this one holds more items than our old one. We are totally satisfied with everything on this Frig.

It is super easy to keep clean. The air filter keeps food odors at bay and the water filtration provides consistent fresh tasting water from the door dispenser. The middle drawer can be used as additional refrigerated space or as freezer space which comes in handy at the holidays. The double side door is also convenient for our most often used refrigerated items. And I absolutely love, love, love the ice balls option!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the space is limited inside the refrigerator. Difficult to store tall items . No room for condiments on doors, shelves are to thin/ narrow. I'm happy so far, despite the flaws.
Overall it's a great fridge with cool features. We love the convenience of the door-in-door for easy access to drinks. The flexibility of the drawer that can change temperatures is so unique and helpful. We also love the different styles of ice that the ice makers can produce! Drawbacks…. The L left side door doesn't stay open, possibly be a use of the weight distribution. And I don't love how the two-tier freezer shelves are attached together. The top cannot move completely independently from the bottom.
We've only had it a couple of weeks. It's a little smaller inside than I thought(my fault). My only real issue with it is I feel like the little skinny shelves inside are a waste of space it would have been better to just make the buns inside the right had door bigger. And the water in the door stops when you open the right hand door so no one can get water or ice while another person reaches in the fridge.
I specifically wanted a door-in-door as I've had that on my last 3 refrigerators and love it. I also like the 2 drawer freezer as I can keep frequently used items in the top one. I also like the craft ice. It lasts much longer than cubes. Some cons - air filter is extremely hard to change. The first time I took it off it broke and I had to replace it. I've only had it a couple months and it seems the ice maker in door gets jammed more frequently than others I've had. I've also noticed water on the top of the bottom drawer of freezer. I have seen this twice and don't know where it's from.
Love the craft ice and door for quick drab items. However this model seems to have a compressor issue .. mine went bad causing all the ice meltingonto the floor and food spoilage. Compressor was replaced. Another item that i dont like is the temperature indicator shows the selected temperature but not the actual temp inside... so didn't realize the fridge was not cooling until i noticed the puddle of water and then the error code came up. Hoping this thing lasts 🙏 now that its fixed.
