Looks exactly as pictured. Came packaged perfectly, arrived with no problems. Cooks evenly on high or low setting. I cook frozen Roasts and Chicken in the crock and they cook perfectly from frozen. I am able to cook meals to serve 4 people or 12 in this crock pot. Pot does not get hot on the outside and I have not worried about leaving it alone while I am gone. I use the crock pot at least once a week and it performs perfectly each time. The stainless and black look great and look good on the counter when using.

Just received it yesterday, have not had a chance to use it but will next week. Looks like the perfect size.
Bought the 6 Qt. cooker for chili's, soups, beef roast's, and shoulder's. Have cooker one of each. the results were amazingly successful. My only criticism is I set the lid on a table and it got pushed off and the plastic handles broke. So I'm on the hunt for a new lid but. I'd buy another if this one continues to satisfy.

This crockpot is the perfect one! The stainless matches the appliances beautifully. I was looking for a non-programmable, perfect choice! I definitely recommend.
I absolutely love Rival Crock pots I've had a crock pot obsession for years and this is the only one that works the best! Great size, love the simplicity of this one and love the stainless steel!
My first one lasted 20 years. I bought the exact same one again. This has no bells and whistles. It gets the job done.
It works ok if you know the trick. The trick, meaning the settings dial is incorrect. HIGH and LOW are reversed. It took a few years of infrequent use before we figured this out. Also, when you wash the lid, you have to remove the screw holding the lid's knob because soapy water will get in, but doesn't drain out.
