I love my new refrigerator and all of its features especially the Keurig. The water is heated to a higher temperature than a Keurig machine.
I'm am beyond ecstatic with my new GE Profile Refrigerator!! It is so spacious and has a lot of great features, for example I'm currently sipping on a hot cup of tea I brewed through the keurig attachment in the ice/water dispenser! I absolutely love the color of the Slate Fingerprint Free finish. I highly recommend this product
This is by far the best refrigerator we have ever owned. The price was great, it has Lots of room, easy to access all draws, and the adjustable shelves are so easy to reposition. One of the main reasons we bought this refrigerator was because for the price, it included an ice maker and a Keurig coffee maker. I'll tell you, this was a great buy. Very happy with it, and I know you will be too.
Love my new refrigerator with my Keurig & Wi-Fi. I start the heat up process from my bed so it's ready for me to proceed with making a cup of coffee. I would prefer a 4oz cup for stronger coffee or an extra feature to make it stronger. I do miss the over flow ice tray in the freezer. All in all it is a good fridge. Still peeling off all the pink shrink wrap. I'm happy with it.
By far exceeds my expectations as far as features and user friendliness goes. There's even a designated TempSelectZone drawer for custom, cooler temperatures from three different desired settings. Downloading the SmartHQ app makes everything remotely possible to change your temperatures on your fridge, or freezer, or even for troubleshooting error codes. Top off with the fact I can make my coffee, tea, or cocoa by virtual request preparation in my phone, I'm ecstatic! You can even request to have your hot beverage ready to brew a certain time of the day throughout the week! It's even more handy to have a drop down shelf and expanding/ hideaway shelf for taller/oversized items. This is definitely a win-win for my home!
I love how much room is In the refrigerator and the freezer! The drawers slide out easily as well. The water does not take long to heat up for that fresh cup of coffee!
My refrigerator was just delivered today. So far the refrigerator is quite and all the features seem to be working as expected. Professional installation was easy and the water is connected and working. The Wi-Fi will take about 15 minutes to complete. So far, so good. The refrigerator even came with a box of coffee.
I like the feature to provide hot water and brew coffee or tea. However, I'm forced to take the K-cup out after EACH brew after have a cup of coffee or hot water. This is stupid because I may like the light taste of the tea so that I brew the same cup for the 2nd time or I only want hot water. I should be allowed to get hot water without mounting and removing the K-cup removable fixture for every cup. The refrigerator looks nice in general but lacks quality control on manufacturing details. There is a layer of blue plastic protector over the stainless steel. It's nice to have it until being delivered to customer to avoid cosmetic damage. However, the blue protector of my refrigerator is clamped into the fixed parts so that it cannot be removed completely. There is blue residual on the surface near edges of some feature, really making the refrigerator look bad. It is easy to improve it during manufacturing but unfortunately GE didn't do it! There is also residual of tape on the surface. This can be improved by using the right tape adhesive over the stainless steel surface but GE doesn't reach the high quality.
Unfortunately, I have not a good experience with fridge. It breaks annually, and we lost lots of food as a result. As of the writing of this review, it is our third major break. First was the circuit board fan; second was a couplet of some kind; third is a compressor. A total melt down each time with the ice melting all over until we figured it out. Luckily, someone was home to notice and mopped the water off our wood floors before damage. Each repair is at least a week of delay for parts to show up. Our little backup fridge in the garage that is 15 years old has saved the day. I wanted to like this fridge, and it is great when it works. I have no confidence it will last past the 5 year warranty, so I would expect to have to replace it in 5 years plus one day. Know what you are getting...Buyer Beware! Tip: don't put the fridge on floors that ruin with water. When it breaks, the ice melts and goes all over the floor. Put a water pan or plastic underneath it to be safe. The warranty does not cover any damage outside the fridge.
GE has been here 9 times and not only is the leak from the door not stopped they managed to nick a hole in the water line in the back and denied it was happening which I finally fixed myself. door leak still occurring and was supposed to get a call 2 weeks go which did not happen!
