At first, only one of my cats would eat this version. But after a while, BOTH of them were scarfing on it! LOL! They both eat the heck out of it, so I'd say it's a safe bet that your kitty will enjoy it too! AND, it's made by Walmart!
This is the best cat food I have purchased for my 3 cats. One always had bloody yucky stools and now perfect! Tried many foods. The other one no longer throws up. The other one doesn't like as much but is ok with it. I am so happy because clean up is easier and my cats seem so much healthier. Please don't change or get rid of this food! I noticed it was not being stocked at the Walmart near my house. Please keep this one in stock!!!!

Great product! I have been giving this to my overweight cat and have seen a difference in her weight! Shes slimmer and eating less. I was looking for something with more protien to fill her and keep her from wanting eat all day and i think i have found it. Shes happy with the food and im happy with the results!

Pure Balance Indoor Cat with Chicken and Chickpeas Dry Cat Food, 7 lb. My cat doesn't throw up hairballs as much and the food breaks down better in his digestive tract. We used meow mix before and when he spit up the food had not broken down. Recommend for indoor cats, ours refuses to go outside.
My stray kitten didnât like meow mix and I didnât care for the brite food dyes used in his food. He seemed to always be hungry. I chose this brand (PB) because of itâs ingredients. At first I thought it was because he was a stray until I switched to this food. He devoured it and I noticed he seemed to feel full and not constantly meow like he was hungry. He also didnt seem to be thirsty all the time too. The only complaint is that his poop made me think a human went in the liter box. He doesnât complain except when his bowl empty and is hungry.
My cats LOVE this food, and I love that they love it! I am most comfortable with them eating this food. But I absolutely hate trying to get this food for them because it is CONSTANTLY out of stock! I'm always having to switch their food (which is unhealthy to do!) because our favorite is always unavailable. Please try to do better at keeping this one in stock.
DO NOT GET THIS FLAVOR! My cat had ro have emergency surgery because of an allergy to something in this flavor. We were using the salmon flavor for years and walmart has been out for a month so i grabbed this. BIG MISTAKE. My poor cat stopped eating and when into severe dehdration. They thoight h had a bkwel obstruction. They did emergency exploratory surgery and found his small intestine swollen so severely nothing would pass. The vet linked it to a food allergy. I woukd assume its thw chickpeas or the beets. Beets have been known to caise many problems. I am furious!
I have purchased this item on and off for my 4 cats over the last several months. It looks healthy and I thought Iâd give it a try. I am definitely positive that when my cats eat this particular brand and style they throw up almost on a daily basis. I switched back to regular Purina brand cat food and the throwing up completely stops!!!
