Phone is excellent. That was a gift,...a perfect gift, and I'm extremely happy with the product and ATT service.
For a starter phone, and/or use with a pre-paid plan where you just need a phone, texting and limited use of the internet with minimal saving files and images -- this is perfect. Now, if you are into taking pictures, streaming a lot on your phone, or using this as a more higher profile phone, then it is not an option. There is limited memory at 32gb. The pictures are not that great when indoors, and the width of the phone is narrow, meaning the keyboard and viewable screen size is also narrow. For me personally, I really like the phone and give it 5 stars. But you have to remember my use is NOT for photos, nor do I do a lot internet time. My use is for calls, texts and selective apps for mobile ticketing entry to games, concerts, shows etc, as well as restaurant ordering.
The Samsung A02 is a very nice quality phone about an inch longer than some phones. Display is very brilliant with option to make it darker background with lighter text, easier on the eyes. Battery life for me with moderate use was 8 days before charge. Even then, it still had a good percentage available for another day or so. Android 10 has many options for customization. Great phone.
Ok, I'm going to be blunt. I can't imagine having to buy a phone that is so expensive you need to have insurance on it. But I need a super dependable phone that can handle the demands of a business. So far this has been the perfect phone with this criteria. Pictures are SHARP. Speed is excellent. Memory is more than adequate. Hotspot blazes along. The only thing I noticed is the Bluetooth is a bit weak but that isn't critical to me. Highly highly recommend.
My son really likes his phone. Lives the camera and screen size, not to big for putting in his pocket.
It's a decent phone but it has a tendency to run slow. I lacks fingerprint scanning and only has one microphone so sound is sometimes difficult to hear. It is a decent phone for what I'm using it for. Do not expect much. It is a very basic Samsung phone.
So here's the thing...god I miss the days when things were just SIMPLE. All these wonderful extras and special things and tra la la. I just don't even care anymore, I just want to get on with my life and my life is not my phone. There will come a day when the regular, healthy people of the world figure out that having so much wonderful technology at our fingertips does not necessarily make us better people. My phone is ok, but it is a phone and I miss the days when a phone was just a phone..
Phone quit working after the second day.. Let battery go all the way down and after charging over night, phone did not charge.
I bought the phone and was never able to use it. I tried to activate it but couldn't get the SIM card out of the phone and the screen froze. I cannot shut it off or anything. It was a garbage purchase fo $80.00
This phone or its operating system has taken over my life. I can't get anything done because this phone is constantly updating or sending offers or texting random numbers.
