It's very nice for a cheap phone and everything works great and it looks nice and has a nice touch to it
Decent phone, graphics, and functionality. Battery's iffy. But for the price? A quality buy.
It's a good phone for calls and text. Good call quailty and speakerphone. Not so good camera. Battery life is good. Small fits in pocket .
make sure that they activate the phone before they mail it to you I spent two and a half days trying to get this stupid phone activated from AT
I do not know how well this product works and am dissatisfied with not the phone but the fact I can't use it. I received the phone 2 days earlier than expected but the barcode with the IMEI number was not scanned by walmart to let AT
Purchased a warranty foe my prepaid phone. When I contacted the warranty department that said I have to contact the manufacture. The phone number I was given was incorrect. Why pay for a warranty if they will not let you file a claim. That is what a warranty is for.
junk waste of money messed up the first day wouldn't hold charge then a week later power button broke
With excitement I opened the box. There it was, my shining new phone. After 4 hours of setting it up, removing garbage apps like Facebook and the silly games, I was ready. I'd got the three or four apps I use for work installed and work email set up. It seemed to work a treat connected to my home network. Oh dear, when I got to work, it recognised the network but I could not make nor receive calls nor text messages. It only kinda-sorta connected to wifi hotspots. In my downtime I fiddled and twiddled and restarted the phone, all to no avail. When I got home I packed it all up ready to return. I'm going back to my old phone that has a broken charging socket that needs great care lest one ends up with a flat battery all day. It is very much as though Alcatel forgot to put the chip in that handles cellular services. My SIM is fine. It's a DOA phone.
do not recommend the phone duidnt evem work
The store didn't active the phone before it left for shipping.
