Dayco Small I.D. Molded Heater Hose is designed to replace OEM coolant hose in applications where molded hose in small diameters (1" I.D. or smaller) is required. The molded configuration eliminates the need for multiple connections of hoses and clamps. The knitted reinforcement and synthetic EPDM construction provides high strength and resistance to detrimental environmental elements, coolants, and temperature variations of -40 Degree F (-40 Degree C) to +257 Degree F (+125 Degree C). In addition to meeting SAE J20R4, Class D-1 requirements, this hose is designed to meet Type EC electro-chemical requirements as specified in SAE J1684. If the OE parts have a quick connect end, Dayco's Small I.D. Molded Heater Hoses are also made with the quick connect assembled onto the hose for fast, convenient installation.

Made with a tough EPDM rubber compound this hose will resist the detrimental effects of heat, ozone and impacts from road debris This hose meets SAE J20R4, Class D1 and SAE J1684 Type EC specifications Highly resistant to electro-chemical degradation and premature stress cracking of the tube The knitted polyester reinforcement provides high burst strength and resists degradation from temperature extremes and moisture End 1 Inside Diameter : 5/8 in End 2 Inside Diameter : 3/4 in Material : EPDM
