Some reviews had made me a bit hesitant after purchasing this mixer but I can say for myself that this mixer has been a life saver in my kitchen! It does everything I need it to do as of now and I love that it features a cover for the mixing bowl. I have not yet tried dough or breads but feel that the mixer is sturdy and powerful enough to handle them. The pink color is very pretty and looks cute on my countertops.
Nothing bad to say, it's price is great, I got the retro blue/green matched my microwave. It's 350 watt advertised as 1200W, I knew that wasn't right but it's got 3 attachments, A stainless steel mixing bowl, very nice, I did butter on high for 15 minutes, never overheated. Made some really nice homemade butter!
I really like this appliance! Looks retro and works well.
If you have the money to spend on a KitchenAid, you should, as it is a better built product that is likely to last you much longer. With that said, for roughly 1/3 the price, this Frigidaire is a good value that looks nice and should hold up well if used properly.
was shipped fast. great quality for the price. bought as a christmas gift for my mom. gave to her as soon as came in. to use for her Christmas baking instead of her hand mixer, that is hard on her hands.
I wanted to get a light weight inexpensive stand mixer. This one has a nice vintage look design however, I think I might have gotten a mixer that had originally been returned because the beaters and bowl cover were not packaged in the styrofoam as shown in photo.. Instead, the beaters were wrapped in plastic and loose in the bowl. Overall, the mixer looks to have never been used and seems to work as it should.
Purchased this thinking it is from well know Kitchen Appliance company. The build quality is poor and during first run to make dough we noticed the regulator knob is not regulating the speed which is roughly the same from 1 to 8. While returning I saw the label on bottom of the Mixer and I'm suspicious it's a fake product with Frigidair name on it. I checked their website and didn't see this or any mixer listed there.
The accessories are not dishwasher safe. In the picture it shows how it discolors and does not hold its stainless steel color.
It struggles even after 2 minutes of rotation. Feels like it is heating up.
I can not review for this item because Walmart keeps canceling my order because of "pricing issues" or "unusual account activity" Stop it already!!!
