Good gaming console for a younger child because the controllers don't remove. Even though it says you can connect this device to the internet. We have yet to be able to get it connected to wireless internet that was the only problem I had with this product
Extremely upset. When you spend several hundred dollars on a gift, you expect that the seller will be taking care to properly wrap it before shipping. This arrived in only a plastic envelope which was ripped completely open. I have no idea why the items managed to stay with the corresponding bag. Not only was it not protected, the child who was to receive it on Christmas is the one who brought in the mail and has already seen it . . . through no fault of their own! Since it won't be opened until next week, I have no idea whether or not it will even work. I have never received an electronic device in a thin, plastic envelope. Just the fact that it was ripped completely open tells you how thin it was. VERY UNHAPPY!
the console and game together are only 250 and that is up here in alaska. why pay 320 at the lowest price?

Japanese version. Can not connect to wifi at all.
I ordered 2 and when they arrived realized that they were the model made for the Japanese market not the American market. There were concerns on the internet that some games may not work on this model. Also the ac adapter is a concern because the voltage in Japan is 100 Volt, which is different from North America (120V). When you take it to the store for a refund it has to come from the 3rd party vendor and the rep at my local store said it might be a month and a half due to the holidays. I will have to see how long the refund does take to come.
