Have to use everyday twice a day for inflamation and pain due to crohns disease as directed by my doctor.
I would recommend this product for anyone wanting to add curcumin to their diet. As for other reviews that complain of a yellow powder coating the capsules, well curcumin/tumeric is well known as a very potent staining agent. I have not had a problem with this, but I would not be concerned about it as the capsules are less difficult to handle than cooking with curry.
I have used Curcumin for quite a while now. I take it with a Piperine capsule. I use Curcumin in powder form in a special Apple Cider Vinegar drink I have concocted in the morning. I take these capsules in the evening. When I made this purchase, this was the best buy, price wise, and I like NOW products, which I have used for about 30 years. I have confidence in the NOW company. I call them directly sometimes to discuss certain nutritional elements. They are good to deal with. I highly recommend this NOW Curcumin capsule product. Works for me.

Curcumin appears to provide some benefit in my overall health picture. I'm unable to pinpoint its precise action. There is much written on curcumin and it is recommended by many health practioners. I feel it is a good addition to my daily regemin.
Like any other supplements, you can't tell if it works until you stop using. Have been taking few years, feel good generally. Will continue to use it.
I prefer the other capsulation method. this one is filthy. there is curcumin dust all over the cap's and it is pain to remove.
The first bottle I bought was fine and rated high by Consumer Labs. This time there is a very yellow residue powder on all the pills. It gets on my fingers and takes a good scrubbing to get it off and it gets on clothes. I'm not happy with this bottle.
I should have listened to other reviewers who identified the poor quality control of these curcumin capsules--they ARE coated in bright orange powder and it DOES stain your clothes. I have tried many other brands, never had this problem. Try something else.
