Very effective, and I have been using these for several years to curb candida overgrowth (occasional "oregano" aftertaste or upset stomach, which is mostly preventable by taking with food).

Love this supplement! Make sure you swallow the capsules whole...otherwise the taste is very burning and bitter. Made a big improvement in my immune system, so my allergies are significantly less.
Good product
This stuff is very strong. The carvacrol content of one softgel is equal to 15-16 drops of the best 70-80% carvacrol oil of oregano. So if your looking for the strongest and the most for your dollar, this is it!
Unfortunately I havent used it long enough to determine if they are useful to me or not. I was taking it for a cough I have as a result of a respiratory illness. I think I need more time to determine if they are helping the situation.
