Having used basic packing tape guns in the past, I really appreciate the increased comfort of the foam handle with this Duck dispenser. It's a small but very noticeable difference. Blade is nice and sharp also.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Duck tape dispenser with foam handle is so much better than the old molded grip dispensers! The foam grip makes large amounts of taping much easier with less hand fatigue. The dispenser loads very easily and the roll fits snugly with no slippage. The roller securely applies the tape and the sharp cutting blade easily and cleanly cuts the tape. There is a handy tension knob that you can tighten or loosen to regulate how the tape unwinds it it's too fast or too slow.

The dispenser is really handy when you have to make a lot of boxes when you're moving or whatever it really makes it easier.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have my own business making and selling jewelry. I and always cutting take to seal envelopes with extra tape and double seal boxes. I was so sick of the tape getting caught on the scissors the tape getting cut on itself and bunching up and taping wasted that I had to find a solution to make things easier for me. I have so many different packages to package that someone mentioned to me buying a tape gun would probably make things easier. I always buy duct tape brand tape because it holds the seal for envelopes and boxes the best it doesn't come and done the glue on the tape is amazing great quality really works you don't have to use too much tape for it to actually hold like it needs to. I came across this tape gun and it has a foam handle that is so soft and comfortable that it's easy to hold. The tape dispenser is very light weight not too heavy so it doesn't hurt my hand holding it too long packaging all these boxes. The tape is very easy to thread through the tape packing handle device so that you can easily package your items. The blade to cut the tape is very sharp and has a protective cover over it so that you will not Cut yourself or anything when you're not using the tape gun. This is a really nice device to have especially if you're packing a ton of boxes moving I need to package everything this is the dispenser I would get in a heartbeat. It worked so well that it helped me cut my packing time down almost to half the time It normally took me to package all my orders. The foam handle is soft easy to grip and very comfortable. I do not have super big hands and I can still hold this tape gun really well so I think it would be perfect for anyone to use. I highly recommend this tape dispenser, I am so glad I found it.

The foam on the handle is comfortable to grip and the tape goes on smoothly. The blade is nice and sharp and I had no struggles with the tape. I no longer have to search for the end of the tape on the roll as it keeps it nice and tidy. The majority of the dispenser is metal with a small amount of plastic. This dispenser comes with 2 rolls of ‘Duck' brand tape and makes taping so much easier.

It also came with two rolls of tape which is great. The tape also flows easily and the cutter cuts the tape off with ease. This is a great product and I would recommend it to friends and family

I would say this would be for household use as it does seem a little on the light side for day to day prolonged use in a work place setting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While my new tape dispenser worked fairly well, I did experienced a few issues. I was surprised the package did not come with instructions for loading the tape and tension adjust. For me it was not such a big problem, as I have used a very similar tool in the past. For someone using one for the first time I think it could be confusing. I put the unit to the test on several boxes and while most of the time it worked good, occasionally the tape would come off the roller and I would have to feed it again. The foam grip handle is very comfortable but unfortunately after several uses the foam developed a tear at the top edge. I suspect the tear will worsen over time. I also felt that the tape is somewhat thinner than tapes I have used in the past, although the boxes feel like they are adequately sealed. The tape cutter blade worked very well. I like the extra roll of tape that was included with the package. Overall, the product performed well.
