My first impression is that I absolutely love the weight and feel of these knives. They are so balanced and easy to handle. Upon using them for various items, they do their job magnificently. I'm actually excited to get to use them. They make food prep so enjoyable. Best knives ever.

I did my research and decided a Zwilling 10-piece block set was what I need and I bought it for myself for Christmas. No knife I've ever owned or used came close to how good these are! I can't believe I've gone all this time without them. They feel great in my hand and are super sharp. I use all of them and it makes me really happy to use them! I highly recommend.
After 20 years I'm replacing my original Zwilling knives they still work great, but three of the knives finally have cracks in the handles. Hands down Zwilling are the best knives on the planet.

This knife set definitely has delivered on all of those things! Not to mention meal prep is easier, quicker, and safer now that we own some quality knives that are effortless to use.
