[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this set. I received this as a gift from my husband. Apparently he's been listening because I always wanted a self sharpening knife set. (They arrived highly sharpened) I also wanted the knives to be made into one complete solid unit. The actual holder itself had a few cosmetic damages on them but that didn't bother me too much. Overall I would recommend this product to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love the knife set. The look is clean and attractive. The knives are weighed nicely and cut beautifully. The self sharpening holder was a primary reason for selecting this set along with the fact there are not an over abundance of knives. Really the perfect amount for us. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that the knife holder is a bit bigger than it needs to be. I could cut 4 inches of the back of the holder so it would sit farther back on the counter, and might do that. Otherwise it is perfect. (Pic is not a good representation of the size of the holder)

The stainless steal is beautiful, and the design of the knife is wonderful. I have been able to make record time in deboning chicken. While the knives themselves are wonderful, my base did come damaged. The metal plate that hold the sharpening slots was placed incorrectly during manufacturing and is on a slight angle. That was really disappointing to me. I have dreamed of owning my own set for years. And I still have beautiful knives, just a sad base.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using a different handles knife set for over 20 years. The graphite handles feel very different to hold and it will be an adjustment to get used to them. I am not sure that I like the difference at this point.

These knives cut through meat and veggies like butter, I love cooking and with these knives I can do my meal prep and cut my meat and veggies to various sizes. This is a great product.
