This beautiful carving set will become a kitchen favorite. Zwilling Pro is made from the highest quality stain resistant German Steel. It is formulated to stay sharp longer which is exactly what you need when carving any cut of meat. Combined with perfectly weighted handles and the curved bolster which accommodates the most comfortable grip you will be a Pro carving your next roast.

I have always liked Zwilling/JA Henckels knives and for the first time in my life I have a complete set. I love the way they are made, their balance in my hand as I use them and I like how they look! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
The only thing that would make this carving set better is if Zwilling offered a storage container, i.e. where do you store the fork (you can put the knife in your knife block if you have room). For now I keep my set in the original shipping container. "Great Carving set"!
We bought this set for Christmas. Used it for turkey and ham carving. Incredible tool!
but if it's anything like its brothers and sisters in the pro-line, i'm not worried. looks and feels solid

The highest quality knives on the planet. I went from poor quality stuff I had for years to a complete set of the Pro series, including this two-piece set. It is well worth the investment. From the balance in your hand to the surgical instrument sharpness, these things are amazing.
