[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I know the quality of LG laundry products, I was surprised that the wash tower has all of the same functionality of products sold as separate units. It's also an incredibly quiet unit whether using the wash or dry function. Finally, from a space-saving perspective, getting full sized washer & dryer that takes up so small a footprint is really genius and works when downsizing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this tower to replace an old top load Washer and dryer set in order to create more room in our laundry room. I was worried that the capacity might be more limited than my old washer, but have been pleasantly surprised to see that I can fit quite large loads! I just washed a king sized quilt yesterday with no problems:) Other perks include the ease of selecting cycle options, of which there are plenty but not too many. The dryer is intuitive and often already knows what cycle to do based on what the washer did. Both also sing a happy little song when they finish. They are also quite efficient- get things done faster and better than my old set. Last point, they are quite nice to look at! Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely well made. This unit is absolutely solid and gorgeous. We replaced our traditional stacked washer and dryer with this unit and couldn't be happier. This unit actually takes up less space than our old units plus we gained .5 CF in washer load capacity (from 4.5 with our old unit to 5.0 with this unit)! Simple instructions made it easy to install ourselves. Unit is quieter than our old units and washes our clothes better and faster with the turbo wash feature. It was super easy to connect to our network and set up the app and has integrated nicely into our smart home setup. It's simple and easy to use the app to select just the right cycle for the type of laundry and downloads instantly to the machine. I get notified on my apple watch when the cycle is done!!! I have to mention again just how stunningly gorgeous this unit is. I actually want to keep the laundry closet open just so I can look at it whenever I walk by. The solid glass doors and beautiful metal finish is breathtaking. Our old units had trim that was chrome painted plastic and started to chip off. This unit is all metal on the front which should stay beautiful for the life of the unit and is so easy to clean. I actually look forward to doing laundry. Amazing!!

Love that it takes up very little space, is very quiet and much easier to operate than I thought. Adding a few pictures. Every so often you need to empty out the drain via a small hose on the bottom and wipe out the inside...very simple. Only minor complaint is the dryer door ends up dumping lint if you had alot in that load(men's construction/work clothes)
I have now had mine for almost a month I am absolutely in love with them. I have never had a front load machine and was worried, I have heard some stories. I am so impressed by both washer and dryer They take up way less room in a small place . I'm short so all controls are in the middle , I can reach ans see everything. All around great unit

Washing and Drying are now a dream. I am finally able to wash and dry larger loads! Great design with smart electronics make laundry days a delight.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item because I was trying to accomplish two things: save space in my laundry area with a stacking unit, and increase my wash/dry capacity (by volume). Unfortunately, this product is broken after less than a year, so I am back where I started. Based on my experience, this configuration is not suited for anything but installation on a cement first floor or basement. First, the bad: the washer volume is 5.0 cuft, but it is not capable of a very large load without destroying the bearings for the washtub. The wifi will only allow one user at a time to be linked to the unit; the spin cycle (even when the unit has been perfectly leveled) is ridiculous for vibration. Figuring out how much detergent to use is like trying to adjust the vertical hold on your tv with a blindfold on, the dryer vent sensor is VERY finicky, the dryer moisture sensor is VERY sensitive and will constantly adjust the dryer time without notice, the unit is HEAVY and BIG, the wifi app is constantly a problem (freezes and gets hung up on a single page), it is so new, there are no parts available. The good: there are a multitude of wash cycles on the app to choose from, the app will give you status of the washer and dryer cycles in real time, it is a HUGE energy and water saver over a regular washer dryer set, it looks nice, it is a stacking unit. Bottom line, for this price point, I think this unit has a LONG LONG way to go to be ready for primetime. Unless you are going to use this on a concrete floor in a basement or on a first floor and you only have very small amounts of laundry to do, this unit is not for you. I would keep shopping.
The washer works great. The dryer doesn't work right. I am constantly having to restart it after 5 minutes. Takes hours to dry a normal load. Error message d90, but nothing is in the lint filter and no duct blockage. I can't wait to get rid of this and get a dryer that actually dries. Don't waste your money on this!
