I have been taking Magnesium Citrate for constipation. This stuff works when nothing else works. Keep Hydrated. I was worried it would hurt like the first movement but it didn't. I would recommend this to anyone having any trouble with bowel movements.
This is the best magnesium citrate supplement that I have ever tried. Helps boost energy levels and assists with digestion.
According to my doctor I have twitches in my hand and fingers due to a nerve issue. I would usually get the twitches at least once a day, sometimes more; thankfully when I started taking this supplement I noticed a big difference in the twitching. As long as I am taking the supplements twice a day with an equal amount of time in between I have not noticed any twitching! Thank you zen wise labs!!
This magnesium citrate has been great for me. It's reduced my stress, helped my digestion and has given me so much more energy! I am do happy with it.
