The item outwardly is cute, but everytime I turn it over to get a response, it takes forever and it usually stops on a corner/side with no words showing. I have to jiggle the thing to get it to go one way or the other! I've never seen an 8 ball so bad. I've never seen one do this at all. Too much trouble to return it.
